SFA Manager

We are seeking a skilled SFA (Sales Force Automation) Manager to lead the management, and optimization of our SFA solutions account. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales operations, CRM tools, and field force automation, with strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily usage and performance of the system
• Train and support field users and client stakeholders
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and feature enhancements
• Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and system optimization
• Provide first-line support for all SFA-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Generate regular reports on system usage, performance, and user feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing SFA/CRM systems (preferably in FMCG)
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting tools
Experience working with cross-functional teams
