Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Project Manager located in Rizoka HQ. The job is not hybrid and not remote. The Software Project Manager will be responsible for managing software development projects, conducting requirements and analysis, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure product success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project team, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient project execution timely.

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, tasks budget and resources.

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Track project budget and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed.

• Facilitate communication between management and team members and stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, highlighting achievements, roadblocks, and solutions.

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and KPIs.

• Transition service including transition planning and support, release/deployment management, service validation and testing, change management, service asset and configuration management, and knowledge management.

• Gather and analyse facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions. Ability to conduct training and informational sessions. Ability to communicate effectively, build consensus, facilitate working sessions, and negotiate solutions and alternatives. Ability to maintain favourable public relations and perform problem/issue resolution

• Manage project changes by updating plans, communicating impacts, and ensuring works are delivered according to the companys models.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Software Development
• Proficiency in Data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Postman, APIs) and product management platforms.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in the fintech industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with fintech products, trends, and regulatory bodies in Nigeria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for driving user-cantered product enhancements.

Working Hours:

45 Hours Weekdays Mon - Friday although there may be weekend or extended working hours.
