Were looking for a skilled and experienced Sous Chef/Outdoor Events Manager to join our team! As a Sous Chef, youll assist in managing kitchen operations, preparing delicious dishes, and maintaining high culinary standards. As an Outdoor Events Manager, youll oversee event logistics, coordinate with clients, and ensure seamless execution.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook dishes to high standards
- Manage kitchen staff and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Plan and execute outdoor events (catering, weddings, etc.)
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff
- Ensure timely delivery and quality service
*Requirements:*
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven sous chef and events management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
