Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly, efficient, and reliable Supermarket Cashiers to join our clients team at. You will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. As the face of our establishment, you will ensure a positive customer experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system and other means of payment as provided.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions securely and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention guidelines.

Experiences

  • Previous experience as a cashier experience is very important.
  • OND/HND/B.SC
  • Excellent numerical and basic calculation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
