Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing daily operations of the supermarket and restaurant, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely restocking of products and ingredients.
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to maintain supply.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff in both the supermarket and restaurant.
  • Scheduling staff shifts to meet operational demands efficiently.
  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards in both settings.
  • Addressing customer complaints and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitoring budgets, revenue, and expenses.
  • Setting and meeting financial targets for both the supermarket and restaurant.
  • Analyzing sales trends to improve profitability.
  • Creating and implementing promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Coordinating events or offers that drive traffic and sales in both the supermarket and restaurant.
  • Ensuring all operations adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and compliance.
  • For the restaurant: planning and updating menus based on customer preferences and trends.
  • For the supermarket: ensuring diverse and in-demand products are available.
  • Reviewing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Implementing strategies to boost efficiency and employee productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing retail or restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory and financial management tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences.
