Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Lead located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role also involves developing employer branding strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a critical role in building a high-performing team by attracting top talent.

Qualifications

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
• Proficiency in developing Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field.
• Other qualifications are accepted.
Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
