Responsibilities:

• Be an integral part of the marketing and sales team, supporting all aspects of telemarketing.
• Take on the exciting role of Telesales Marketer, where youll arrange appointments that prepare the ground for our travel consultants.
• Jump into our CRM toolkit confidently, using your charm and skill to find great opportunities. With your help, your sales pipeline will guide us to success.
• Naturally connect with people over the phone, making each call a chance to build a relationship.
• Quickly spot opportunities and seize them.
• Comfortable with technology and skilled at using CRM systems, youre always ahead of the game.
Face challenges directly and come out on top every time, showing resilience and determination.

Requirements:

• Prior experience of 5 years in telesales marketing/executive.
• A qualification in travel and tourism will be ideal. Qualification in English, mass communication, business administration, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers and build relationships over the phone.
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
• Customer Service Focus: Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs effectively.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales.
• Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and persist in making sales calls.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and customer preferences.
• Goal-oriented: Proactive mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
Time Management Skills: Effective prioritization and follow-up to maximize sales opportunities
