The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying training needs, creating and developing training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs. This role involves working closely with management to understand the companys training needs and ensuring that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs effectively. This is an on-site role, and is located in Lagos State, Nigeria. Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development and Training
• Experience in Communication and Curriculum Development
• Proficiency in Instructional Design
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in retail or a related industry is a plus
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
