Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Awka, Anambra State. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, handling site inspections, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring
• .Lead and supervise a team of site supervisors, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
• Driving sales performance by motivating their team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring all sales targets are met while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales agents within their unit
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to sales agents.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets
• Monitor individual sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and execute sales strategies for their assigned area or project
• Generate leads and qualify potential customers through various channels
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and answer customer inquiries about properties.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers to close deals
• Track sales pipeline and forecast sales performance

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in property management or related field
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Customer service orientation
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree or Higher National Diploma(HND) in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
