We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager BDM to oversee and drive sales, partnerships, and market expansion in the South-East region of Nigeria. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with a deep understanding of the regional market. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving revenue growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in a relevant industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Strong knowledge of the South-East Nigerian market and business landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing strategies.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
