Your responsibilities include growing loan portfolio and mobilization of deposit liability in the Bank, maintaining continuous relationship with both prospects and existing deposit and loan customers, evaluation of loan applications from customers and processing same for management approval.

• Minimum Qualification : OND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Growing loan portfolio and mobilization of deposit liability in the Bank.
• Maintaining a continuous relationship with both prospects and existing deposit and loan clients.
• Evaluation of loan applications from customers and processing same for management approval.
• Drive the achievement of monthly caseload and disbursement targets broken down to daily/weekly/monthly.
• Review all loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness before sending to the credit committee for final approval.
• Monitoring post-loan disbursement and ensuring loan repayment by customers.
• Ensure full compliance with the Banks foreclosure policy.
Ensure prompt recovery on all loans in arrears ensuring the set limit is not exceeded.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• Minimum of OND
