Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Engineer (Flutter/React Native) with 2-5 years of experience to design, build, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications for our fintech products. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver fast, scalable, and secure mobile experiences while adhering to financial industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and/or React Native.
• Optimize app performance for low-latency transactions, security, and offline functionality.
• Integrate with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and third-party SDKs (payment gateways, biometric auth, fraud detection).
• Implement secure mobile practices (encryption, secure storage, OAuth, JWT).
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (PCI-DSS, PSD2, GDPR, NDPR, etc) and app store guidelines.
• Write clean, maintainable code with unit and integration tests (Jest, Mockito, Detox).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, responsive interfaces.
• Monitor and debug production issues using Crashlytics, Sentry, or Firebase Analytics.
Stay updated with Flutter/React Native trends and fintech mobile best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of mobile development experience with Flutter and/or React Native.
• Strong proficiency in Dart (Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native).
• Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, Redux, MobX).
• Knowledge of native mobile layers (Android/iOS, Kotlin/Swift) is a plus.
• Familiarity with fintech-specific integrations (e.g., Plaid, Stripe, banking APIs).
• Understanding of secure coding practices for financial apps.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc).

Nice-to-Have:

• Published apps on App Store/Google Play (especially fintech apps).
• Knowledge of blockchain wallets or Web3 mobile development.
Experience with performance optimization (memory leaks, rendering jank).
