Job Type: Hybrid (Work from office only twice a week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to establish and manage robust quality assurance practices for Bazaras AI-powered platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions, aligning with Bazaras Purpose-Driven Architecture, Core Values, and Software Engineering Excellence Framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for web and mobile platforms.
• Oversee the execution of functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for applications built with React, React Native, Spring Boot, Pyhton, .NET, and Node.js/NestJS.
• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Cypress, Appium, and Zephyr.
• Conduct static code analysis with SonarQube and performance testing with JMeter.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle.
• Monitor application performance and reliability using tools like Datadog and manage issue tracking with Jira.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in QA processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, incorporating metrics and feedback to enhance QA practices.
• Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a high-performance environment that reflects Bazaras core values of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Strong understanding of agile development processes and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience in performance testing, static code analysis, and monitoring.
• Commitment to Bazaras core values of innovation, engineering excellence, and customer focus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Tools and Technologies:

• Testing Tools: Cypress, Appium, Selenium, JMeter, SonarQube.
• Management Tools: Jira, Zephyr, Confluence.
• Monitoring Tools: Datadog, ELK Stack.
• Collaboration Tools: MS Teams, Confluence.

Preference

• Experience testing financial services solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-driven applications and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards relevant to QA in financial services.
• 5+ years of experience in QA roles, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
