ACHIEVE OFFICER

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering professional insurance broking services to our clients in the region. The role requires a proactive leader who can think outside the box to deliver high level of client satisfaction.

• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, innovation, and effective service delivery to clients.
• Collaborate with teams in order to achieve company goals on insurance policy administration, claims management, underwriting, and compliance.
• Participate in processes related to policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Efficient handling of claims processing, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, including necessary documentation and identification of areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports to superior officers and suggest areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry particularly in broking operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulatory requirements and risk management in the insurance sector
• Ability to build relationships with clients insurers and regulatory bodies
