• Job Summary: As an Assistant Product Manager, you will support the end-to-end process of bringing real estate products to market with a strong emphasis on sales performance and market positioning. Working alongside the Product Manager, you will assist in market research, competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and the development of compelling sales pitches and materials. Youll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that each property or project meets buyer expectations and drives revenue. This role requires a results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep interest in real estate market trends and customer behavior.

• Key Responsibilities
• Initiate sales process by either identifying potential leads or nurturing leads to ensure adequate engagements and management leading up to securing clients interest and closing within the shortest possible timeframe.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager in conceptualizing and launching new real estate developments with a focus on sales performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
• Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and unique selling propositions (USPs) for each project.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials, product knowledge, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales KPIs, track performance of each product in the market, and suggest tactics to boost sales velocity.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.
• Participate in client meetings, property tours, and project launches to represent product insights and capture feedback.
• Prepare product documentation, sales presentations, and internal reports for stakeholder review
• Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
• HND or BSc in relevant fields with sales experience in a high ticket or luxury product. Experience in real estate, engaging HNIs will be an added advantage.
• 5 years experience post-graduation minimum
