Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid and Tender Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Bid and Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process including preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals. This role involves developing bid strategies, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and maintaining accurate records of all stages of the bidding process. The Bid and Tender Manager will also foster relationships with key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Bid Management, Bid Preparation, and Tender Submission
• Experience in coordinating and gathering information from internal teams
• Excellent understanding of compliance requirements and documentation management
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop effective bid strategies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the Human Capital or related industry is advantageous
