Key Responsibilities:

1.Data Gathering and Analysis:

○. Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions.

○. Identify trends and areas for improvement through insights and dashboards. 2.Product/Service Management:

○. Support the development and growth of products and services.

○. Monitor performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.

3.Process Documentation:

○. Create and maintain clear, up-to-date process documents.

○. Ensure accessibility and train teams on best practices.

4.Business Support and Troubleshooting:

○. Provide operational support and assist in resolving product or data issues.

○. Propose solutions to streamline workflows.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

○. Work with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to align on business goals.

○. Facilitate effective communication between departments.

6.Continuous Improvement:

○. Assess and enhance existing processes.

Qualifications:

●Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.

●Proven experience in business analysis or operational support.

●Strong skills in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

●Excellent communication and documentation skills.

●Knowledge of project management practices.

●Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
