The Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of estate management, including property and facility management, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks involve managing property operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and liaising with tenants and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of the estate. Qualifications

• Estate Management, Property Management, and Facility Management (FM) skills
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree in Estate Management, Property Management, or a related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
