Job Position: Front Desk Personnel
Job Location: Sangotedo, Ajah - Lagos
Job Description
- The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth front desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests and visitors promptly with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Manage telephone and email inquiries, and provide accurate information about the apartelle.
- Maintain records and files using accommodation booking systems (if applicable).
- Prepare reports and documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Multitask effectively to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: OND or higher qualification is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service preferred.
- Experience with accommodation booking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.
- Candidate must reside in close proximity to the apartment (Ajah environs).
