Job Description/Requirements WE ARE HIRING !!! FIPS Multilinks Limited, a Real Estate Development, Management, and Investment Company is seeking INDEPENDENT AND EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE AGENTS who is ready to partner with us. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experienced Real Estate Agent/Realtor
  • Interested Individuals seeking to have a passive income
  • Entrepreneurship mindset
  • Willing to be available for SITE INSPECTIONS
KEY SKILLS:
  • Proven track record of knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate market
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Team Building and Management skills
COMPENSATIONS & REWARDS:
  • Attractive commission on Land sales: 15% (The minimum amount of commission you earn is 375 thousand naira)
  • Attractive commission on Building sales: 5%
  • Attractive commission on Investment sales:5%
  • Indirect/ Referral commission: 3%
