Role Description

This is a full-time secondment Legal Associate role at NOIA Legal located in Lekki, Nigeria, with the option for some work from home. The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal document preparation, conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications/Experience

• Call to the Nigerian Bar with 3 - 5 years practical experience in finance, corporate commercial law practice
• Finance Legal Document Preparation
• Corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and managing the legal aspects of financial transactions like debt and equity financing.
• Analytical Skills and Communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Litigation background/experience is a plus
