Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilites:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock management to reduce waste and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless front- and back-of-house operations.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and contribute to business strategy and planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Good organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Understanding of financial and operational restaurant metrics.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
