Job Description

To execute high-quality site work that aligns with structural and architectural plans, ensures safety and compliance, and supports the timely and on-budget delivery of projects. The Site Engineer will be the technical backbone on site for translating designs into real-world construction with precision.

Outcomes theyll be accountable for

• Ensure structural and architectural work is executed precisely as per design and engineering drawings.
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, artisans, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Document site progress and provide daily reports to the project manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on multi-storey residential/commercial sites
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, rebar detailing, masonry, and finishes
• Proficient with engineering drawings, BOQs, and basic construction documentation
• Familiar with Lagos/Nigerian construction regulations and building codes
