Our client, a reputable Spa that offers professional An array of beauty services to a wide range of customers is in search of a Salon Manager who is hands on with administrative tasks, client relations and has an eye for details to handle the day to day administration and management in the beauty store.

Location: Sapele Road, Benin City

Work Days: Mondays-Saturdays

Work Hours: 9am - 7pm

Salary: N700,000 - N800,000

Availability to start: As soon as possible

Requirements

• You should have basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication (oral and written) skills
• Because we have a wide pool of customers, you should have knowledge of principles and processes for providing outstanding customer service
• Solid organization and record-keeping skills for effecting tracking of expenses and store purchases
• Thorough understanding of social media management and strategy to boost our online presence and audience outreach
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
• Ability to remain calmness under stressful circumstances
• Familiarity with processing transactions
• Time-management skills

Responsibilities

As a Spa Manager, you will be required to;

• Manage employee operations and activities
• Manage customers with elegance, even amid peak demand hours
• Daily handle and resolve all clients orders and complaints
• Build friendly relationships with clients
• Notify customers about new offers and services of the studio on a timely basis
• Occasionally attend to clients who visit the store
• Oversee all daily operations and activities of the salon
• Identify customers needs and recommend new topics
• Perform other administrative tasks, if required

Qualifications

Minimum of HND/Bsc/BA from a reputable and accredited institution Minimum of 2 years experience as a Salon Manager or a similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦700,000.00 - ₦800,000.00 per month
