Supervisor (Kitchen & Online Operations)

Location: Ikate-Elegushi, Lekki - Lagos

About the Role:

A vibrant food brand, is looking for a smart, organized Graduate Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and online order coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient daily operations, timely delivery of orders, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise food prep, hygiene, and kitchen workflow.

- ⁠Track inventory and report stock needs.

- ⁠Manage online orders across Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and delivery apps.

- ⁠Coordinate with dispatch riders and resolve delivery issues.

- ⁠Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

- ⁠Oversee part-time staff and report daily activities to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree/HND

- ⁠Minimum of 1 year experience in food service, supervision, or customer service.

- ⁠Excellent communication, multitasking, and digital skills.

- ⁠Must live around Ikate-Elegushi or have reliable commute.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, 6 days/week (including weekends).
