About Us: Swap Station Mobility Limited is an electric vehicle and battery charging infrastructure company that enables access to low-cost, clean mobility alternatives to the internal combustion engine (ICE) and initially targets the logistics and last-mile delivery sectors in both urban and rural settings.

Position Summary: As a Technician in our e-mobility startup, youll be a key player in ensuring the reliability and performance of ourcutting-edge products throughout the pilot phase. Your hands-on technical expertise will be critical for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and commission e-mobility products, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot technical challenges, both on-site and remotely.

Collaborate closely with our technical support team to deliver effective solutions to customer inquiries and problems.

Maintain accurate and organized records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports.

Participate in testing new product features and functionalities, providing valuable insights to the development team.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the e-mobility sector.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Proven experience in a Technician role, preferably within a related field.

Profound understanding of electrical systems, components, and technical troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

Comfortable adapting to various working conditions, including outdoor installations.

Familiarity with e-mobility technology and charging infrastructure is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦90,000.00 - ₦130,000.00 per month
