Ticketing Officer

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Officer skilled in Amadeus and Galileo GDS. The ideal candidate will handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, and refunds. Must understand fare rules, and airline policies, and deliver excellent customer service.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Make flight reservations and issue tickets using Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.
• Process ticket reissues, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with airline policies.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and interpret fare rules and conditions.
• Advise clients on travel options, airline regulations, and itinerary changes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, airline schedules, and promotional fares.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in ticketing operations.
• Proficient in Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of IATA regulations and fare construction principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and courteous approach.
