The Role

Were seeking an Advertising Specialist to drive qualified leads through strategic digital advertising across our five markets. Youll be the strategic force behind our paid advertising.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and emerging channels
  • Set up and monitor on a regular basis conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models for accurate performance measurement
  • Conduct daily campaign monitoring and bi-weekly optimization (bid adjustments, keyword additions, audience refinements)
  • Develop quarterly paid media strategies aligned with business growth goals across NYC, Miami, NJ, Westchester, and Connecticut
  • Analyze competitor advertising strategies and market trends in the home renovation space
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Consistent monitoring of current running campaigns and optimizing improvements for growth on a regular basis
  • Manage advertising budgets while maximizing ROAS and lead quality
  • Stay ahead of digital trends in the premium home renovation and luxury real estate markets
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates in the home improvement industry
  • Present campaign insights and recommendations to leadership team
  • Track and report on lead quality metrics in collaboration with sales team

What Were Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably in home services in the USA
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and advanced analytics platforms
  • Track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROI in competitive markets
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and reporting
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
  • Experience with luxury or premium brand marketing is a plus
