URGENT VACANCY: MARKETING MOBILIZATION EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: Allen, Ikeja – Lagos (with frequent travel to Northern Nigeria)

SALARY: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000

START DATE: As soon as possible

JOB SUMMARY:

Our client in the Health & Wellness Direct Selling Industry is seeking a dynamic FIELD MOBILIZATION OFFICER to drive sales campaigns, gather people, and build strong community networks. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to pull crowds, organize campaigns, and engage communities, particularly in Northern Nigeria. Hausa-speaking proficiency will be a strong advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Mobilize and engage communities to promote the company’s products

* Organize and coordinate campaigns, activations, and events

* Build and manage relationships with local leaders, groups, and stakeholders

* Generate leads and support direct selling efforts

* Report field activities and provide feedback to management

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven experience in community mobilization, sales campaigns, or field marketing

* Hausa language proficiency is a plus but not a necessity

* Ability to gather people, pull crowds, and create strong engagement

* Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

* Target-driven and passionate about growth
