Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans to grow market share and strengthen brand presence.
Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and manage client relationships.
Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy.
Oversee digital marketing, campaigns, and content creation across web and social platforms.
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align marketing with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years in marketing, business development, or related leadership roles.
Proven experience creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver results.
