Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for both companies.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and effectively promote the company’s products and services.
• Strategically plan and execute sales pitches, product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
• Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Drive the achievement of monthly sales targets (minimum ₦40 Million) and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate Sales and Technical Teams to achieve set objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline status updates for management review.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business development, sales, or key account management within the ICT, security, or automation industry.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
