This role is ideal for someone who thrives in e-commerce, enjoys client-facing responsibilities, and can take ownership of end-to-end email campaign execution. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns in Klaviyo, and collaborating with internal creative teams to drive impactful results.

• Develop and implement effectiveemail marketing strategiestailored for e-commerce brands.
• Leadclient-facing interactions, including providing updates and conducting strategy calls.
• Set up, launch, and optimizeemail campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring proper segmentation and automation.
• Generatecreative campaign ideasaligned with client goals and seasonal opportunities.
• Collaborate withcopywriters and graphic designersto execute campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience inemail marketingwithin thee-commerce space at least 2 years.
• Hands-on expertise withKlaviyo.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in handlingclient calls and updates.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute campaign concepts.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside creative teams.
