Experienced Chef

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced chefs to join our clients team and elevate our culinary offerings. The ideal candidates must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis, have a passion for food, and be proficient in preparing diverse cuisines with exceptional presentation.

• Minimum Qualification : Vocational
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in line with restaurant standards.
• Create and refine menu items, ensuring variety, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate meal preparation to meet service deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory and manage kitchen supplies, including ordering ingredients.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills.
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Formal culinary training or certification is an added advantage.
• Expertise in local and international cuisines.
• Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food costing, and inventory management.
Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis for easy accessibility.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Creativity in food presentation and menu development.
Strong commitment to quality control and attention to detail.
