Frontend Developer (React & Next.js) (FULLY REMOTE)

Afrifounders Startup Studio is seeking an experienced and skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React and Next.js to build responsive, high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop web applications using React and Next.js.

Collaborate with design and backend teams to integrate functionality and design.

Write efficient, maintainable code and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebase.

Stay updated with the latest web technologies.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in React and Next.js.

Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tools.

Familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

Knowledge of frontend performance optimization.

Version control with Git.

Preferred Skills:

TypeScript and GraphQL experience.

Familiarity with UI frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind CSS).

Server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.
