Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasonedFinance Managerto drive strategic planning, investment analysis, and capital structuring across our diversified businesses. This role is critical to delivering performance insights and executing funding strategies for high-growth projects.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will provide financial direction and support for key business initiatives while ensuring compliance, optimal capital allocation, and efficient use of funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and investment
• Conduct risk assessment and scenario planning for business cases and project financing
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on capital raises and cost optimization
• Support audit, compliance, and reporting cycles in line with industry and regulatory standards
• Lead team execution on financial planning, reporting, and investment performance

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Chartered Accountant certification (ACA or equivalent) is required
• Master’s Degree (MBA or MSc Finance) is a strong plus
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in financial management, corporate finance, and modeling
• Strong skills in SAP, Oracle, and Excel-based financial tools
• Analytical mindset with experience in structuring investments and managing teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and financial presentation skills
