Position Overview

We’re looking for a high-performingGlobal Sales Leadwith hands-on experience closing complex, high-ticket deals. You’ll lead by example — not from the sidelines — coaching the team through action, setting the standard on every call, and cutting through anything that slows us down. This role demands a proven closer who can build a high-performing team and drive results from day one.

We move fast. We’re rebuilding the sales floor from the ground up. And we’re looking for someone who knows how totrain killers, cut drift, and win— not theorize, not delegate, not disappear.

Responsibilities:

  • Close and coach:Lead by example. Handle inbound leads yourself and train reps to do the same — fast and effectively.
  • Drive performance:Monitor and improve close rate, CAC, time-to-close, and rep productivity. Own the numbers — no excuses.
  • Uplevel the team:Conduct regular call reviews, give direct feedback, and build a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Fix onboarding:Implement a structured, high-standard onboarding process that gets new reps closing quickly.
  • Remove blockers:Identify underperformance early (within 14 days) and take decisive action. No babysitting.
  • Collaborate with leadership:Report directly to company executives, providing insights and executing on shared revenue goals.
  • Build future structure:Lay the foundation to grow and scale the sales team as results improve.

Requirements:

  • Proven experiencemanaging high-performing sales teams— ideally in B2B or complex, high-ticket environments.
  • Strong personal sales background— you can still sell and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Experience selling to HNWIs or UHNWIsand navigating sophisticated buying decisions.
  • Exceptional coaching skills,with a track record of helping reps improve fast through hands-on guidance.
  • Metrics-driven mindset— you know your team’s numbers and use data to drive decisions.
  • Decisive leadership:You’re not afraid to have tough conversations, set high standards, and cut underperformance quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills,especially in remote and asynchronous environments.

  • Close rate improves within 30 days
  • Underperformers are offboarded with precision
  • New hires are onboarding faster and closing sooner
  • You know your team’s numbers better than they do
