Graphic Designer

Our client for this role is a product marketing agency for B2B SaaS clients. They provide on demand marketing, design and Webflow expertise to help SaaS teams grow. They’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer that has a background in Product Design.

Need to Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design using Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• 2+ years as a Figma expert using a variety of plug-ins
• 2+ years designing websites for every screen size and helping with re-brands
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and brand consistency
• Proven experience in designing user-centric digital products and interfaces
• Ability to conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Ability to explain design thoughts and tradeoffs that you’ve made
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Availability to work 9A - 5P PST

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Animation capabilities in AfterEffects or Lottie
• Experience with Notion and project management tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with design systems and maintaining/updating component libraries
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company or similar technology-driven industry

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for website landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for conversion and user experience
• Design and produce engaging graphics for clients that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Walk the team through your design tradeoffs for each project
• Collaborate with the executive team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for digital applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine and validate designs
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital products and brand touchpoints
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual representation of our brand across all marketing channels
• Stay up-to-date of the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our visual marketing efforts
