Job Duties

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement a detailed social media strategy based on the overarching marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries, and build a community
  • Actively grow and nurture the social media community to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality marketing materials, including graphics, videos and other content that align with the product messaging.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them to active users.

Digital Advertising

  • Set up and manage targeted online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook ads) to acquire new users and drive leads. Focus on high-impact channels to reach target demographics effectively.
  • Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns based on real-time data. Use A/B testing and other performance analysis methods to fine-tune efforts.
  • Drive a large volume of qualified leads through strategic online advertising efforts.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Track and report on KPIs, including social media engagement, lead generation and user acquisition.
  • Provide weekly updates to the team with insights and campaign optimization recommendations.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Marketing Campaign Performance: Generate at least 25,000,000 impressions from ATL marketing campaigns in the period, aiming for a CTR of at least 2% across all paid channels
  • Lead Generation: Generate 5,000,000 leads through targeted advertising efforts.
  • User Acquisition: Acquire 500,000 new active users at the end of the 6 month period, with a conversion rate of at least 10% from marketing leads to active users.
  • Engagement Metrics: Grow social media followers aiming for 25,000 followers by the end of the period

Requirements:

  • 3+ years proven marketing experience, ideally in fintech or consumer payments, with a focus on product launches.
  • Must have B2C startup experience with fintechs or in the financial services sector
  • Experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, and A/B testing for optimization.
  • Expertise in PPC, display ads, social media ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

Job Type: ContractContract length: 6 months

Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦800,000.00 per month
