Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid-Level HR Manager located in Abuja. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, hiring new employees, and facilitating onboarding processes. The HR Manager will also manage employee relations, handle employee grievances, develop HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for performance management, training and development programs, and employee retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, grievance handling, and HR compliance
• Expertise in performance management, training, and development
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is an advantage
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
