Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Ajah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting the operations team, and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office management and administrative duties.
  • Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages) professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with documentation and scheduling.
  • Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, trainings, and company events.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must reside within or around Ajah axis.
