Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and competent Medical Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive medical services, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and supporting our mission of ensuring children thrive in good health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical consultations and treatment to patients.
• Diagnose, manage, and follow up on pediatric and general medical conditions.
• Support preventive healthcare programs such as immunizations and wellness checks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Uphold clinical standards and compliance with regulatory healthcare guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Minimum of 1–3 years of post-NYSC medical practice (pediatrics experience is an advantage).
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
