Location:Ikorodu, Lagos (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Healthily Vitae NG, a fast-growing herbal wellness and e-commerce brand, is looking for aHead of Operationsto oversee and drive the efficiency of our business processes.

✅ Oversee day-to-day company operations across multiple departments.

✅ Supervise and coordinate Customer Fulfillment, Inventory, Logistics, and Finance Support teams.

✅ Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and delivery success rates.

✅ Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of transactions and operational data.

✅ Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to align operations with customer satisfaction and revenue goals.

✅ Monitor inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment for smooth and timely deliveries.

✅ Conduct staff performance reviews and ensure KPIs are met.

✅ Report weekly to the Managing Director on performance and operational updates.

• Minimum of aB.Sc. in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least3 years of proven experiencein operations management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and operations tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in ahybrid role(3 days in-office weekly).
