You will utilize your deep knowledge of evidence-based treatment and empathy to train AI models, ensuring they reflect best practices in psychological care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and evaluate AI models using advanced psychology knowledge, focusing on OCD-specific interventions and case formulation.
  • Develop robust behavioral treatment plans and strategies to inform AI-driven therapy simulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI outputs mirror the therapeutic alliance and empathic communication found in human care.
  • Monitor and analyze model performance, offering insights to improve AI understanding of OCD and therapeutic progress monitoring.
  • Ensure that AI models adhere to ethical and clinical standards in psychology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Psy.D or equivalent doctorate in psychology.
  • Extensive hands-on experience providing therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Expertise in behavioral case formulation, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey psychological concepts clearly.
  • Strong capacity for building therapeutic alliance and demonstrating empathy—translated to AI model frameworks.
  • Advanced skills in monitoring, measuring, and modifying treatment progress in clinical settings.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-disciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Published research or peer-reviewed articles related to OCD or technology-assisted therapy.
