What You’ll Do:
- Source and screen candidates, primarily from the APAC Region (Philippines, Malaysia and Australia)
- Use AI tools and recruiter judgment to make strong CV selections
- Work with a target of15 AI CV selects per month
?Compensation & Perks:
- Earn 12.5%of the total billing for each successful hire
- ₦10,000for every 2 AI CV selects
- ₦10,000for every 3 additional AI CV selects
- ₦12,000for each candidate selected by a human reviewer after AI CV review (tagged as "CV Select")
?Growth Opportunity:
- After achieving12 AI CV selects, you’ll be offered afull-time rolewith a starting monthly salary of₦200,000 plus commissions!
