Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced sales and business development executive for our packaging
division. This individual will report directly to the HOD and General Manager - Business
Development. We are specifically looking for an individual to cover Lagos and any potential clients of all
over Nigeria.
The business development team is responsible for generating new business for Panar. As an
organization, we have aggressive growth targets, and the business development team is primarily
responsible for growth. Our clients are from pharmaceuticals, Lubricants, FMCG, Edible oil, Beverages,
distillery, Beauty care, Etc industries. Primary responsibilities include prospecting leads, developing projects with clients, and ultimately generating new revenue for the business.
Responsibilities:
· Overall accountability for generating new business and revenue for Panar Limited
· Prospecting and building relationships with new clients
· Following up new business opportunities setting up meetings and their requirements
· Setting weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets along with your HOD manager with which
· your performance will be measured against
· Proactively managing client needs and looking for ways to deepen relationships and grow the
· clients business with Panar
· Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports
Required Skills & Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in a Sales or Business Development Role.
· Strong relationship skills - be able to manage communication with multiple clients in an
· extremely professional manner. Many of our clients are government entities, so professionalism
is of high importance.
· Strong communication skills - this individual must be able to communicate clearly and
· effectively ensuring their team, clients, and management are constantly informed.
