Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Manage and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Oversee product listing and performance on e-commerce platforms.
• Generate leads, convert prospects, and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
Track and report campaign performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate and E-commerce sales/marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 (commission)
