About the Role:

Our client is a major player in the plastic manufacturing industry, known for delivering quality products across diverse markets. They are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Core Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with the plastic manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
