The role is located in Lagos. The officer will be responsible for verifying sales transactions, recovering outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing customer support. Daily tasks will include customer onboarding documentation and Verification, contacting clients to secure late payments, processing product sales, working closely with the finance department, and resolving any discrepancies in payments.Qualifications

• Must reside in close proximity to Head Office location, Ejigbo. Lagos.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Finance
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
