What Youll Do: Lead the preparation of technical drawings and construction documents Ensure regulatory compliance and technical precision across projects Supervise and mentor all technical staff Collaborate with architects and designers to bring creative visions to life Oversee site inspections, quality control, and technical reviews What Youll Need: HND/BSc in Architecture, Building Tech, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in architectural or interior design technical roles Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (and similar tools) Solid knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and materials Why Join Us?
