We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Upper Basic Teacher to join our team at Mount Joys Schools. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in early childhood education and demonstrate exceptional skills in child care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.

- Assess and monitor childrens progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.

- Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience working with preschool and nursery-aged children.

- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
